Good News Announcement - Former BGH / St. Vincent's Hospital site will be replaced with a new rental unit apartment building. The Federal and Provincial governments are partnering to contribute $2M to the project to help remove the current building and remediate the site. The Sisters of Providence of St. Vincent de Paul have sold the site to Marguerita Residence Corporation who will erect 88 units of mixed income rental apartments basically adjacent to their other recent build on the corner of Victoria Ave and James St.
