4:20a SNOW SQUALL WATCH ISSUED Oxford - Brant Lake effect snow today through early wednesday morning; poor visibility & locally 10 to 20 cm of snow expected. ... Hazards: whiteout conditions in heavy & blowing snow snowfall amounts of 10 to 20 cm locally timing: heavy flurries will start later this morning & last through tonight. The worst snow squall conditions are expected later this afternoon & this evening. Impacts: motorists should be prepared for hazardous winter driving conditions. Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
