Hazards: whiteout conditions in heavy & blowing snow snowfall amounts of 10 to 20 cm locally timing: heavy flurries will start later this morning & last through tonight. The worst snow squall conditions are expected later this afternoon & this evening. Impacts: motorists should be prepared for hazardous winter driving conditions.
