Hello! I'm home! Sort of... Unfortunately 42 Metalworks has gone quiet of late and I'd like to first off apologize profusely! That was never my intent. My full time job has taken me away from home almost continuously since last December (I've been home a grand total of 2 months since then, and not all in a row). Jarret was running things up until July and then his circumstances prevented him from being able to help out anything more than sporadically. This is the firs...t opportunity I've had to get on here or check the email and I see there is a tremendous backlog of unanswered communications and I truly do apologize for that. I HOPE to be able to get back out and into the shop in these coming weeks, but I hesitate to make any sort of commitment at the moment, as my schedule is packed. I will be looking into another part time employee to help run things but in the meantime I will do my best to get back to all of you have sent me messages or emails in the past few months that have been unanswered. Hello all, Due to the nature of my current time constraints, our turnaround and delivery times have increased dramatically. Unfortunately I don't currently know when I'll be able to consistently get out to the shop to put in work or be able to answer your messages and emails. -40C you say? Good thing I up-armoured my face! Sorry for the lack of posts on here lately but I've been working in the bush since december. We do have part time help in the shop to keep up with your orders but our turnaround time is delayed temporarily. Thank you all for your patience and I'm looking forward to being back in the shop. Thanks to everyone for coming down to the pop up market at the Edmonton Garrison Military Family Resource Centre yesterday. It was great to see everybody and chat. I hope you were able to peruse all the great booths and see the talent on display. I was sure blown away by all the skills that everybody has. A big thank you to the MFRC for hosting, and special thanks to Jessica at stix + stones for putting it all together. Be sure to give them both a follow and look for future events.
