What we tell ourselves about our Truth and Calling can lead us either forward into a life of greater growth, fulfillment, and contribution. OR - it can leave us - vulnerable to a life of greater frustration, disappointment, emptiness, and even despair. Often when we are not clear of our Truth and Calling we can get pulled into other people’s missions.... Not saying that another person’s mission isn’t important or not worthy of consideration. But when we are not clear on our own Truth and Calling IN our life and FOR our life then we can easily loose ourselves into other people’s worlds and lives that leave us drained, angry, and even resentful. In other words when our heart, mind, and soul are aligned, clear, and in sync with our Truth and Calling, it naturally leads to the benefit of others around us. At times in life we have to look at aspects of our life that we need to let go to move forward. Yes, letting go is part of the package of life when we grow and change. And if we did let go, it would free up our energy and resources to connect to the Truth of Your Soul in a much deeper and meaningful way. It’s about letting go of what no longer serves us anymore. Now this may sound selfish, but look at it this way. By stepping into a new life situation that is more in line with your Truth and Calling it increases your energy. People feel a lot brighter and happier. And when a person shows up in life in a much brighter and happier state because they are aligned with their Truth and Calling, they are just naturally led into being more giving, generous, and supportive of others around them. Much better for the soul to step into our Truth and Calling than not to.
What's the purpose of life? David Viscott offers one view. Perhaps there are others. For now, this one fits the best for me. Perhaps it fits with others as well.
Mindset and Your Rituals How we start our day - and end the day before sleeping makes a difference in mental health. Many of the people I've come across and work with have 'terrible' starting and ending day rituals. ... Terrible = starting (and ending) the day with News, Social Media, Emails, Cell Phone, etc. Healthy = Starting (and ending) by stretching, drinking water or other favorite beverage, meditating, listening to music, reading something inspirational, exercise, listening to inspiring podcasts, etc. Whether it's 5 min or an hour, take that time for yourself first to get your mindset ready for the day - it makes a difference over time on how you mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically are during the day and handle all the chaos.

Other people's opinion of you does not have to become your reality. Les Brown, Live Your Dreams This is one of the quotes given to the students I used to work with. ... The question for them to ponder was, 'What opinions have you taken on and still keep that that have created your reality?' This applies to us adults as well. Some opinions can be positive and support us in what we wish to create. But other are detrimental to our life journey. What kinds of 'opinions' do you still carry or hold on to that no longer serve you on your life journey? What would you change it into instead?
I recently witnessed when a man got out of his spinning head and consciously dropped into his body and into his heart. The impact on the woman in the room with him was profound. She could 'FEEL' the difference. And in that moment she could share experiencing greater connection, intimacy, and trust with him. ... Powerful, sacred and an honour to witness the process.

At the Bold Life Men's Circle Intro Night we explored 'Purpose'. This was a group of men that came together to connect and go on a journey together focused in 'purpose'. What light you up? What gets in the way?... We looked at David Deida's quote on masculinity and purpose and what that means in our life. It was a way to open up, gain more clarity, or even non-clarity! Asking the questions to look inside and see what's there or what's missing. It was a session on connecting, exploring, sharing, and taking clear steps towards where you wish to go. It was time spent focused on self-refection and supporting each other in the quest for clarity on what each man wishes to pursue, create, and experience more of in their life.. To live your life, not the one someone else planned for you. Part 2 of the Bold Life Action Circle Free Intro is this Thursday May 21. Starting at 6pm. If you wish to be a part of this movement then message me for a chat.
