EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY Despite my desire to continue offering personal training services and providing an in person solution for your health and fitness needs, I believe it is my moral obligation to close my facility doors at this time in order to do my part in flattening the spread of COVID-19. This has been a difficult decision to make and I appreciate your understanding. This closure will take place immediately and I will be closed effective March 17th until further noti...ce. The health of myself, members, community and fellow Canadians is of utmost importance. I am following government recommendations to ensure I am minimizing risk as much as possible. My goal is to be open as soon as it is safe to do so. Fitness is such an important part for strengthening the body, mind and immune system and I highly recommend you continue to stay active. Thank you sincerely for your continued support and understanding. I wish you and your families the best in health and look forward to hopefully starting back in the gym in a couple of weeks.
