Lucy and Greta sending everyone a friendly reminder that we are unable to assist clients unless they are front line workers or in emergency situations. That is the law right now... it is not up for debate during a stay at home order/lockdown. Please ignore the random articles circulating through social media even if the page seems reputable. There will be companies justifying their work and looking for loopholes. You, your friends and families and our fellow business owners safety and health mean a lot to us so we are not about to take risks that can increase the spreading covid which in turn could potentially keep us in a lockdown longer. We will still need to meet new clients in person once we are legally allowed to offer services again. ... In other news we are expanding our services to rockland and are hiring in rockland and kanata! We are also looking to hire (in all of ottawa and surrounding areas) pet sitters who can care for our clients pets in their home. We love starting our days at @countrycaninesplaypark - it’s a great spot specifically for dogs like my Lucy (who is picky with which dogs she wants in her life lol) Lucy can safely run off leash with her pack without worry! The owners of this park are now offering gift cards! Such a great gift idea for the dog lover in your life!

We are here!!! Finally!! Home sweet home. I promise sometime in the next week to do a little walk through tour (many people have already asked for one). Fencing is going up shortly as is a deck in the back. Next year I plan to put in a sunroom and some projects are in the works for the loft as well. I’m so excited for all the projects to come and to have all my doggy friends over to run the trails and enjoy the fresh country air! It’s been a long time coming but good th...ings come to those who work their butts off and wait lol For now it’s time to unpack and do all the move in things Stay tuned!!!

Happy Birthday to one of the best people I know! If you don’t know Monika let me tell you a bit about one of my closest and dearest friends who I am so grateful to have in my life both professionally and personally. Monika has been working with dogs training and rescuing for over 10 years (maybe over 15? She will correct me when she reads this lol - she’s always correcting me which is one of the things I love most about her ) When Monika joined our team I was thrilled and... we quickly realized that we are both weirdos with our humour and can chat about nearly anything - she’s been an incredibly loyal and caring friend who I can turn to for anything. She’s an incredible team member and cares deeply for all the dogs that come into her life. She has stood by many dogs who a lot of people wouldn’t want or chose to handle.... but Monika doesn’t back down from a challenge and always does everything and more to ensure her dogs get the best life that they deserve. Months ago I had an incredible opportunity to purchase a hobby farm - my dream come true! I had announced that big things were coming and they were ... but then.. Covid. Covid really hurt that opportunity and also took its toll on our business. I had a decision to make when everything crumbled... I could decide 1) my dream wasn’t worth pursuing anymore and forget it all together or 2) dust off the disappointment and figure out a way to make it happen another way... ano...ther property.. another plan. Well anyone who knows me knows I don’t mess around when it comes to my dreams so here we are! Fast forward to today where I am so exited that I can OFFICIALLY announce Big big big changes and big big big exciting news is coming at ya end of November! Stay tuned! This time I’ll give you some hints on what’s to come! - Dream property - 35 acres - Rescue and Sanctuary - Collaborations with Ottawa rescues and others - Boarding services that will blow you away! With all of that said I will be taking some time off social media until Mid November as I have a whole lot of work to do!! Thank you to all of our clients and supporters over the last 7 years!
