It was really nice to see everyone back in class yesterday. We even had many of our in-person students doing online classes for the first time! We know that online classes may seem a bit ‘surreal’ at first... kind of like this picture. But you will find that it offers different benefits and will allow you to continue to learn and grow. Yesterday we finished the testing year off with 2 separate ! It is hard to believe that we have not seen most of these students in-person since March (wow). We are truly amazed at how much they have improved through their online practice. We are really proud of all our online students perseverance, discipline and continued dedication to their training.

#perseverance Yes - classes are different. A year ago, we didn't know about things like physical distancing, masking, zoom, or hand sanitizing. However, we find ways to adapt and maintain our discipline and practice. Each evening, we still manage to find over 100 students at AMA either on the mats or online
