The Province of Ontario has announced that all of Ontario, including Durham Region and the City of Oshawa will move into a province-wide shutdown effective Satu...rday, December 26, 2020 at 12:01 a.m. Under the shutdown, wide-scale measures and restrictions, including further closures, will be in place for 28 days in southern Ontario (including Durham Region and the City of Oshawa) to halt or interrupt transmission of COVID-19 and help protect community members. Holiday Hours: Remembrance Day On Wednesday, November 11 recreation facilities including Children’s Arena, Civic Recreation Complex, Donevan Recreation Complex, Harman Park Arena, and South Oshawa Community Centre will be open with regular operating hours for leisure admissions and facility permits. As of today, the province's COVID-19 Response Framework: Keeping Ontario Safe and Open requires that all community members visiting our fitness centres increase physical distance spacing to 3 metres between one another.
