Ideally, we would love for you to get your plants the next day but we know this isnt always possible. Quicker delivery times tend to cost a lot more. With that said, we want to be able to provide our customers the option to choose their shipping rates. ... We use Canada Post as we find that this is the most economical option for our customers. You have the option of regular, expedited, express, or priority. Underneath each option is the estimated ship time. If you know that Canada Post deliveries are substantially delayed in your area, and prefer to use another shipping service, please reach out to us and we can coordinate with a shipper of your choice. We can be contacted via DM or at [email protected] We just ask that you be mindful that there are currently delays with all postal services (not just Canada post) . We ship out of Ottawa, ON so shipping to populous cities like Montreal and Toronto tend to be quick. However if youre located in Northern or Western Canada (for example) Xpresspost may be an option to consider. At this time merchants have been advised to notify customers that there are delays with shipping and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We are very diligent in preparing your plants for their journey but keep in mind that because we ship from Ottawa, depending on where you are located and the type of plant we are shipping, its likely that the plants will experience stress. Upon receiving your plants, carefully unwrap, hydrate if needed , then leave alone. Its been a little rough in my non-air-conditioned apartment, but the plants are loving the humidity Im often asked about what I would recommend for beginner/non-fussy plants. Lucky for us, we can have the best of both worlds! We have some beautiful plants in stock that also happen to be ultra low maintenance ... Ive gotten wonderful feedback with the airplant and opened-top (succulent) terrariums so Im now offering a Closed Terranium Kit as well. These are awesome for humidity-loving plants.
