A tribute to Jonny Kellock from Morgan Megarry and Charlie McConville fellow OST alumnus - https://www.alpineontario.ca/jonny-kellock-all-time-chairl/
Our partner @mackenzieinvest is invested in you, on and off the hill. On November 17th, please join us for an intimate conversation and market outlook with Mackenzie President & CEO, Barry McInerney and Chief Economist, Todd Mattina. They will discuss their current outlook for global economic and capital market trends, including their latest views on growth and inflation. Register for this exclusive event at link in bio.
The passing of Jonny Kellock is a devastating loss to the Canadian ski racing community. A beloved athlete, coach, and friend, Jonny embodied all the best aspects of ski racing, and sport in general. His work ethic, passion, and kindness made him loved by all. Today the Canadian ski racing community is mourning the loss of one of our own. Thank you to CAST/OST alumnus Morgan Megarry for the tribute. Jonny was a member of the OST from 2011-2013, NCAA athlete at Plymouth State University and most recently a coach at Whistler Mountain Ski Club. Deepest condolences to the Kellock family. Our OST coaches, Cam and Cam, planned and ran a very successful camp in Switzerland! They also finished their 14 day quarantine in time for #NationalCoachesWeek Help us say#ThanksCoach to them and all the coaches across the province this week by tagging AOA in your posts
Alpine Ontario shares ACA’s disappointment about the FIS decision to cancel the North American World Cup races. However, we understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has made hosting international events next to impossible. We join ACA in looking forward to next year when we can once again watch our Canadian World Cup Athletes shine on home soil! Winter in Ontario will definitely look different this year but that hasn’t stopped AOA from planning a great calendar for athletes, coa...ches, and families to enjoy. We are very much looking forward to providing even better programming with invaluable help from race clubs and stakeholders throughout the province. Stay tuned to the Mackenzie Raceline Newsletter and all our social media platforms for more information in the coming weeks!
