[] 2.3.4 by Arbuckle Media Inc., immediately, without prejudice, and without delay or notice, should AM or any of its agents, directors, officers, employees, shareholders or stakeholders become aware of any statements, actions, or omissions that prejudicially discriminate, or are reasonably inferred to prejudicially discriminate against any human being or group of human beings, made in public or private, professionally or personally, by the Client, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, or anyone who is reasonably linked to the value of the Client’s organization or its reputation. As such, the Client hereby agrees, clearly and abundantly, that the use of this clause shall be at the sole discretion and interpretation of Arbuckle Media Inc. and its officers and directors in furtherance of good beliefs, values, and to bring about change for a better and more equal world. A micro-change like this is intended to send a message to any future organization we work with that these principles are just the very foundation on which we'll operate. It should also be the way that all business can affect change, by raising the status quo and not tolerating anything but the furtherance acceptance and rights - leaving those that don't in the dust of progress. #loveislove #blacklivesmatter
