So excited to have students back in class next week! For parents/guardians and students of APS, we have confirmed students will be back in class on Monday, January 11 for regular school hours. For those that may have been out of their routines, it’s never too early to start waking up early, and starting our morning with some calming and focusing exercises! This will help us all for a successful start to our in-class programming. It will also help to reduce student anxiety, a...nd help them as they adjust to the change of being back in class. Students will need to be aware to follow Covid safety measures, and be prepared with their masks to wear on the bus. We will help them with the in-school measures as we start back up. Thanks to everyone for their continued patience, understanding, and hard work with the at-home learning this week. We look forward to APS students returning to their regular schedule starting next week. See you all on Monday!
Happy new year everyone! An important message to Families and Students: The school will be closed next week for in-person learning. Teachers will begin calling homes on Monday January 4th to speak with families about the plans and learning that will occur from home.... Learn-from-Home paper work packages will be delivered to families earlier in the week next week, and students will be able to communicate with their teachers over the phone, or via email, through-out the week. Schools are planned to re-open on Monday January 11th, and we will do our best to communicate any changes or updates as they become available. Feel free to share this post and inform families of these next steps.

October has been a busy month in the 4/5 class! We learned how to write letters and used that information to ask for a pumpkin donation for the class. Yesterday the 4/5 class decorated turkeys and filled them with things they are thankful for! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend everyone!
