IRCC introduced a new form for minors under the extended family members instructions On February 25, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) published an update to the COVID-19 travel restriction instructions regarding the extended family member exemption. IRCC has introduced a separate statutory declaration form for minors under the age of 18 who intend to visit their extended family members. Saskatchewan invited 299 candidates in the new draw On February 25, 2021, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) conducted a new draw. SINP issued 299 invitations to apply (ITAs) in the Express Entry category. The lowest score was 70 points, two points less than in the previous Saskatchewan Express Entry draw. Saskatchewan issued invitations to candidates in 70 different NOCs in this category. In 2021, SINP already invited 980 Express Entry candidates.
