It’s going to be a hot today which makes it perfect for a little Matcha Affogato! #Repost @justmatchateashop |Matcha Affogato| We put a luscious green twist on an old Italian classic with this matcha affogato. We take a scoop of ice cream (for this one we chose mango), coat it with nice thick matcha and you’ve got a delicious treat. The thick matcha is made with half the water which makes it’s thick! The consistency is more like melted chocolate. The slightly bitter with sweet is a matcha made in heaven. We can also make an affogato with organic vegan matcha soft serve, matcha ice cream or whatever Dole Whip flavour we have going on. Soooooo yummy!
