Attic Books 24.03.2021

We’ll be open on Tuesday, Feb 16th for in-store browsing again! And that means it is sale time! This year we’ve combined our two annual sales to bring you the 2021 BOXING WEEK AND MID-WINTER FUSION SALE. 50% off the sale basement and 20% off the rest of the store! From February 16th to March 27th. Get an additional 50% off all discounted items in our Sale Basement.... It is truly a bibliophile's favourite time of year: time for the now annual Basement Sale! You can get 50% off all items already discounted. It is almost too good to be real, right? 50% off items already 50% or more off is a crazy great deal so it is usually a good idea to get in earlier than later while the selection is larger. You can use store credit again this year and still receive the additional 50% off. Everything else in the store is 20% off as well. Been eyeing something on the main floor or want to treat yourself to some of our newer arrivals? That means off all our books, maps, prints, antiques and curiosities! Even our online stock (when purchased in store)! Taxes are included as always. Yes, it really does keep getting better. Not applicable to any of our Care Packages (Book, Snail Mail or Children’s) or orders made directly through our website. #ldnont #lndont #shop519 #springsale #basementsale

PLEASE WEAR A MASK, COVERING BOTH YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH WHILE IN OUR STORE. We understand there are exceptions but we kindly ask you to wear a face shield or use our alternative options of curb side pick up or local delivery. Due to the safety of some of our immune compromised staff and families as well as some of our customers, we will not allow you to shop in the store without a mask/face shield. Thank you for thinking of others and their safety. Please do not take your frus...tration for this decision out on our staff (or any retail staff really). They are as stressed and frustrated as you by the global pandemic and the measures we are all taking and wear a mask for hours at a time to serve you. Being yelled at, cursed at and made to feel as if it is their fault is more than anyone should have to deal with. And if you are wondering how people could possibly be cruel and thoughtless in a time when we should have each other’s backs, yes it does happen, several times a day even in a place as wonderful as a bookstore. We are so thankful for our amazing customers who are so wonderful and luckily they far out weigh the bad. So keep smiling behind those masks and know we are smiling back. See more
