To our valued clients, Burquitlam Animal Hospital will remain open to serve your pets. In following the advisory set out by the Canadian government, we are instituting precautionary protocols to do our part in minimizing the transmission of COVID-19. ... For your safety and the safety of our staff and the community, please wait in your car and call us from your cell phone when you arrive at the clinic. For appointments and drop offs: The doctor will conduct the consultation over the phone and a staff member can come out to collect your pet for examination, treatments and/or medication that might be needed. We ask that you also provide payment over the phone via credit card in order to practice safe social distancing. For food and medication pick up: We will ask for payment over the phone prior to pick up. The food/medication can be brought out to you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
