Hello November I hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween! Now we only have 54 days until SantaPaws visits us The next couple of months will be busy for all of us so here are a few reminders: Since we opened back up in May from covid our protocols have stayed the same. Please call 221-3647 when you arrive in front of the salon for your appointment and then I will be right out to let you enter the salon. Only 1 household in the lobby at a time and masks are req...uired. I only have two cat days left for 2020. Nov 5th & Dec 1st. Limited appointments are available so please contact me asap! If you haven’t already, please please book your Christmas appointments! I have very limited evening and weekend appointments left from now until Christmas. I always call 20 minutes before your pup is ready so I don’t have multiple dogs in the salon at once. Please keep this in mind when you are booking your appointments. If you need to drop off on your way to work and pick up on your lunch break I can accommodate this but I NEED to know when you book the appointment, not the day of the appointment. Every Sunday I post time slots for walk in nail trims. Please keep in mind the days and times fluctuate from week to week. You don’t need to book a appointment for this as long as you come between the times that I post. If you are going to be late for your appointment please give the salon a call ahead of time to make sure we can still accommodate you. Covid Christmas: Protocols & Procedures This Christmas will be a different one as we all know. Our main goal is to keep our families, clients and community safe. We ask all our clients to please follow our new protocols so we can get your fur babies freshened up for SantaPaws ... If you or anyone in your household has travelled outside of Newfoundland within 14 days of your appointment please reschedule. When booking your Christmas appointment please keep in mind that appointment times will run longer then normal. We will call you 20 minutes before your pup is ready and expect them to be picked up then. If you need to have a appointment where you drop off on the way to work and pick up on your lunch break PLEASE let us know when you book the appointment and not the day of. If you are going to be late for your appointment please call us to let us know. Unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate you if you are late. When you arrive in front of the salon for your appointment please call 221-3647. We keep the front door locked so we would recommend calling in your vehicle. When we are ready for you we will come out and let you come into the lobby. Only 1 household allowed in the lobby at a time. If you are waiting to come in and see a client leave, please give us a minute to disinfect everything before entering. We are still offering curb side drop off and pick up! If you would prefer curb side just let us know. If you have questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to ask!
