Be Strong, Stay Calm Yoga 07.11.2020

Autumn brings about many changes. Many of us are used to that. But there are so many intense and rapid changes happening in the world right now. This can leave many of us feeling uneasy and disconnected. Stay connected to what’s most true to you so you can show up and participate for life with compassion. Yoga is a way to offer yourself to yourself. Let’s practice together! Live zoom or if you can’t make it live, get the recoding! * Tuesday evenings 7:00-8:30 (work out... the kinks) * Saturday mornings 9:00-10:30 (goddess flows coming up but we work with 1/2 moon October 10th) * Sunday October 25th 4:00-5:15 we work on the floor to release tension and finish class with Nidra and meditation Be available to yourself

Two hands makes one gesture of an offering, of a coming together. One had celebrates our different body shapes, sizes , strengths , influences. The other hand reminds us of unity, of similarity that lives deep within. This gesture of the hands coming together reminds us that they can live together. They can inform the other. Where the two hands join is where similarity and differences touch and is recognized. So there is me. There is you. And the relationship between us. Let’s practice together! Tuesday evenings at 7:00 and Saturday mornings at 9:00. All by Zoom with the option to receive the recording of the class!

Come fortify yourself with yoga nidra Sunday September 8th 4:00-5:00! What a gift this practice is to us. On going: Tuesday’s 6:30-8:00. Come deepen your awareness of the physical postures while releasing stress and held tension in the body. Saturday mornings 9:00-10:30. Challenge yourself as you deepen your knowledge and work up a little sweat. Great way to start your weekend. One more spot left for our strength for arm balances. This workshop will awaken you to how to practice on your own as you gain assess to your individuality and personal power.

Not only with ourselves but with others will change with yoga. It helps us with how we respond with the what’s next in our lives
