Bethel Gospel Chapel 14.11.2020

Please take time to read this blog post on our website as it lists the procedures you can expect to see as we re-open the chapel up for services starting tomorrow morning at 9:30 and 11am. We would love to see you in person if you are able to join us; if not, make plans to join us online instead!

Bethel Gospel Chapel 03.11.2020

From the email sent earlier this week from the Elders (I'd encourage you to take time to read the entire email; this post only deals with chapel meetings): Dear Bethel family, It has now been 14 weeks since we last met as an assembly in person. With the recent easing of restrictions, we are planning to re-open on July 5th. We hope to follow our ‘normal’ Sunday routine as closely as possible, i.e. 9:30 Breaking of Bread, 11:00 Family Bible Hour and Sunday School. We will be ta...king special precautions regarding sanitation, preparation & distribution of communion elements, music etc. We are not allowed to serve food or beverages during the fellowship break (although you can always bring your own). We are not able to sponsor ‘picnic in the park’ afterwards, although we can’t stop families from meeting on their own. We are not allowed to have a nursery ministry for children under two years, but we can have Sunday School for older children. We are looking into ways to continue video participation for those who are shut-in, immuno-compromised, displaying symptoms, or who are just not yet comfortable getting together. So we have quite a few details to work through yet, but we will try to keep you updated as we approach our ‘re-open date’. Please pray that we would make wise decisions. Even though we are making plans to re-open, let’s continue to pray for each other, especially those who are shut-in, or who are experiencing significant health challenges. let us encourage one anotherand all the more as you see the Day approaching. (Heb.10:25b)

Happy Father's Day to all the fathers in our lives! Sending love to the men who have been important in our lives as well as in our spiritual lives. A special day to also honour our Heavenly Father who will never leave us or forsake us!
