So, yesterday I went to a nice breakfast restaurant that I won’t name. I ordered the ‘avocado smash’ which was basically a poached egg on avocado toast for 14 dollars. The avocado I got was a dark green clearish colour with a bitter taste, which I am pretty sure was some store bought prepackaged guacamole. Not what I was hoping for. At Better Blend we use REAL FRESH avocado on our toast, and we give a generous portion that allows you to really taste the avocado!
