Dear Raven Families, To help us ensure that all our children get home safely we ask that you communicate with your childs teacher through the agenda or the preferred form of communication (TEAMS, Class DOJO) to let us know in the morning if you are making alternate arrangements for the end of day busing or pick up. We realize that emergencies do happen but we ask that if possible when calling the school to make alternate arrangements to call before 2:30 p.m. The office is e...xtremely busy at the end of the day and we ask that you call before 2:30 p.m. to give us time to make sure the proper messages are communicated to the teachers and your children. Please remember that we cannot release your child to anyone other than the people you indicated on your registration form, people you approve in writing or verbally. Walter MacDonald

Hello Raven Families, We have made significant improvements to our "Kiss n Go" lane. A few things to remember when dropping off or picking up. 1. Please be patient, childrens lives are at risk when we rush. Our main priority is getting kids home safely, not getting them home quickly! 2. The inside lane is for school vans only. DO NOT use this lane for any reason. 3. The middle lane is for stopping and dropping off or picking up your children. 4. The outside lane is for thro...ugh traffic and departing after you dropped off or picked up. DO NOT STOP in this lane. 5. Do not stop or park on Third Street, you will get a ticket 6. Please do not block or use our neighbours driveways. We love and respect our neighbours. 7. Yes, we know parking around Bishop is a hassle. We are working on additional parking but it takes time so PLEASE BE PATIENT! Our little Ravens lives and health are precious, rushing leads to accidents. 8. JK/SK drop off and pick up is by the North entrance (off Fourth St.) See more

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING REGISTRATION - PLEASE SHARE. Dear CDSBEO families and future families, Please be advised that due to the unusual circumstances surrounding COVID-19, new student registrations for the 2020-2021 school year will closed on August 14, 2020. This cut-off date is to ensure that appropriate planning can be done for the September startup. Given that we are unsure at this time of what the return to school will look like, we must plan for all scenarios, ...and therefore ask that you register your child as soon as possible. Any registrations received after August 14 will be reviewed, placed on a wait list, and parents will be contacted in September. We look forward to working with our existing and new families and will do our best to accommodate new student registrations as we move forward during this unique time in education. If you need to register your child for September, please visit www.cdsbeo.on.ca and complete the online registration as soon as possible (and before August 14). For new secondary student registrations, please contact the school directly to register. Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we navigate these unprecedented times.
