Received my acceptance letter for another year of participation in the Artisanal Chicken Program in 2020. The following are tentative dates, to be confirmed in the coming weeks: First Batch of Chickens: ... Medium-sized: June 18th Large-sized: July 5 Second Batch of Chickens: Medium-sized: August 16th Third Batch of Chickens: Medium-sized: October 8th Turkeys: October 9th Post edited to remove until further notice the open farm date, to add a new mid-summer batch of chickens, and to adjust the first batch readiness dates.

Give a man an egg, and he'll eat for a day. Give a man a hen, he'll eat eggs for a few years. Get known as "The chicken guy", and a bunch people will give you their hens over winter.... Meet our first leghorns, and second group of pensioners.
