Just over a week to get your SQUATS in! Lift The City Squat Challenge started by The PROJCT as a means to unite the city, raise spirits, and get a little fitter. The challenge ends Jan 15 and we need you to help the city reach 5 MILLION bodyweight squats! Every squat you do and track using your SugarWOD app will be added to the city-wide total! We are just under 2 million so we have to get moving! You don't even have to pause The Queen's Gambit! Just get up and get squattin'!... @jeske_golflife had a fun idea to create a city wide initiative and group effort where everyone works together and hopefully creates something special. The goal? 5 Million Squats, from Dec 15 - Jan 15 Sounds like a fun idea right? We think so... Everyone who has a punch pass or membership with us will have access on SugarWOD to keep track of your CUMULATIVE total. You don't have to post you totals daily, but you can post as many times as you want, but make sure you post your own cumulative total.
