Hey everyone, did anyone take the day off yesterday? Heres the Next Full Body Lockdown Workout Things to note: I am only demoing a few repetitions of each exercise in case you need to refer to the video if you’re unsure of the exercises. I will list the exercises below along with repetitions or time. Total sets: 5... Lateral Hops: 30 seconds Froggie jump squats reach: 20 seconds Alternating Reverse lunge>lateral>forward lunge: 10/side Tricep push-up w/ arm lift: 10 total pushups Side plank pulse: 15/side * To make it more challenging and if you have dumbbells for the lunges, hold dumbbells at your sides Please let me know how it went Once you’ve completed it, let me know how long it took, as well as any comments you’d like toshare See more
We will begin offering private training at your residence for those of you who are interested. Whether you have any equipment or not we can still make it work. We don’t know how much longer these restrictions will last it may be one more week it may be five, so for those of you who do not want to wait to get their New Year’s resolutions going please reach out. This is how it works: 1- contact us directly to let us know your interest. 2- then we will set up a schedule to get ...your private training, whether once, twice, three times a week, or more. 3- for those of you who already have a credit on your account, we will keep that separate for in studio training. And payment for residential training must be made upfront and separate. If there is any credit remaining from the residential training after things open up, that credit will be added to your in studio balance. For instance if you got five sessions of in-house training and only used three of those sessions, the credit for the remaining two will be added to your in studio account balance. Please note: there is minimal aid from CERB/EI for business owners hence our approach. on the other hand, we totally understand if you just want to wait if you prefer coming to our studio. We have to share this story with you, emphasizing it is never too late to start working out. Colin here is 81 years young and has never worked out before other than your typical bicep curls ages ago. Not only will he improve his strength and gain muscle, but his functionality will significantly improve as he gets older. There’s a saying, if you don’t use it you lose it and that is very true especially with fast twitch muscle fibres. Part of their action is in reaction time, reflexes etc. so if you’re firing the muscles often he will respond quicker when say, you lose your balance; preventing a fall and any potential sprains or bone fractures. In fact, sometimes a simple fall can cause major surgery. Something seniors do not want to do as they get older

The daily grind. Every day we work to get stronger both physically & mentally. Here are some of Ruby’s words from her testimonial during our last transformation challenge I have never felt so great in my own skin! Cody- He’s pretty strong..Actually Really strong . The stack wasn’t enough so I had to jump on it and add 155 lbs. And it’s still not quite enough for his 1 rm

Amazing! Darren @darrenpotiuk has done amazing in these last eight weeks of transforming not only his body but also his health. He’s down nearly 20 pounds, while gaining 3 inches of muscle across his upper back and shoulders, nearly 2 inches in his chest, down almost 6 inches on his waist, and he gained nearly 2 inches on each arm.
