At this time, we are allowing up to 8 people ( 1 per household ) into the store at a time. By respecting this policy and maintaining social distance, together, as a community, we can conquer this virus. We also ask that, when you visit the pharmacy, if the door is locked, to please not gather in our porch as this area does not allow for social distancing.

Starting today, we will be accepting orders for pick up. If you place an order by phone or through messenger, we will have your order ready for pick up at a specified time. You can pay with credit card, or we can let you know the total of your order and you can have the correct amount ready at pick up. If you have someone coming to pick up the order, it can be ready at the cash for payment and pick up.

As a Covid-19 safety precaution, our staff would appreciate you advising us verbally which prescriptions you need filled. Please do NOT give us prescription vials as they are not required to fill your order. We encourage our patients to use our automated telephone ordering system by calling 468-7350 ( ext 2 ), allowing us to process prescription orders in advance.... Thank you for your continued cooperation.

Effective immediately, we will not be doing any refunds or exhanges on any items until further notice.

We understand that there is a lot of fear and uncertainty in our world today, but, we, as a community need to pull together to fight this virus. We are asking, that when visiting the pharmacy, you limit your exposure by decreasing the amount of time you spend in the store. We know it's nice to get out of the house, go into a store to browse and maybe have a chat with someone you haven't seen in a while, but the longer you stay the more you increase your exposure. We have no way of knowing if someone who visits our store may have been exposed, and maybe they don't realize it at the time either. This is the importance of social distancing. So, please, for everyone's safety, please limit your exposure. We thank you for your cooperation and Stay Safe!

Admist all the panic and uncertainty, there are still people out there who care. The staff at Bonavista Pharmachoice are doing our best to provide our customers with what they need to get through this Covid-19 crisis. You will see, that many times throughout the day, a staff member will be sanitizing the store by wiping down, with disinfectant, any heavily touched areas, such as door handles, carts, pinpads, etc. We are trying our best to keep our shelves stocked with any a...nd all items you may need at this time. However, our suppliers are limiting us as well. At this time, we are putting limits on certain items. For example: for a family of 4 with two adults and two children, we will allow one pain/cold meds for adults and one for children. Bathroom tissue, paper towels, tissues - 2 per customer. Hand sanitizer ( when in stock) - 1 per customer. Our main objective is to ensure that all customers are able to have the opportunity to purchase what they need. If you have any questions, our staff are more than willing to do our best to help.
