While we appreciate that you follow us on social media, we've recently noticed lots of requests for service through Facebook and website contact form. While we check them regularly, they're not monitored 24/7. Call us for the most accurate ETA! 306.931.1221

Unfortunately for this customer, a good samaritan offered to give them "a tug" and the end result was catastrophic. We understand that this is Saskatchewan and love the fact that one of our greatest qualities is helping out our fellow citizens, but we strongly suggest that you don’t let just anybody hook onto your vehicle. Also, if you’re helping people out when they're stuck, make sure you know where the proper place to hook onto is! You can always give us a call and we'll get you back on the road safe and sound! 306.931.1221 #towing #servicewithpride #yxe #saskatoon #saskatchewan #bradstowing #heretohelp #towtruck #towlife #towlivesmatter #slowdownmoveover #sdmo #towoperator #towingandrecovery #roadside #roadsideassistance #recovery #stuck #winching #wrecker

Travel not recommended. Phones have been ringing steady for the last few hours. Highways are slick and according to the drivers there are vehicles scattered up and down the roads. Stay home and stay safe!! Please watch for tow trucks and all emergency vehicles on the side of the road!!

Now, if there was such a thing as Dispatcher week this should be it. Yes, our drivers have been working very very hard this week but without the awesome Dispatch staff we have, things could have been different. The challenging calls they have been taking along with the tired drivers they have been dealing with has made this week a crazy one. All of the staff of a towing company deserves a special thank you this week but it all starts in dispatch. Found this quote online and it pretty much sums it up "A Letter of Appreciation may seem like a simple thing. A pat on the back or a sticky note saying, Good job might only take a minute. The hard work involved in dispatch is important. It makes us feel valued and purposeful. Such simple things with such an immense impact."
