On Tuesday November 24th, the Alberta government announced a state of emergency, and new mandatory restrictions to help manage the spread of COVID-19 in Alberta. Mandatory Masks for all indoor workplaces throughout our organization. Masks must continue to be worn in all public areas in all of our bui...ldings, except in your private office/cubicle area when you are working alone. This applies to all employees, visitors, delivery personnel and contractors. 2. Working from home whenever possible. For those employees who have continued to work in the office but have the capacity to work from home, please consider doing so.

Today is World Kindness Day. Kindness improves our quality of life in our workplace, our relationships, and within our community. Even a simple act of kindness has the power to change someone's day, or even their life. On this day of kindness, keep a clear mind, clean hands, and an open heart. #WorldKindnessDay

Bravo Target Safety is looking for a Registered Nurse for long term camp positions in the Fort McMurray Area. This is an exciting opportunity to begin or advance your career within Bravo Target Safety. Job Duties: -Build rapport with onsite representatives and staff... -Complete site-specific orientation as required -Contact and set-up or update STARS site number, and complete BTS paperwork package -Provide medical standby-by services and medical care when required -Review and advise on emergency response plans as it relates to a specific site and scope -Conduct site safety tours and pre-job inspections prior to completing hazard assessments -Complete daily client and BTS paperwork as required -Participate in all Safety Meetings. Over the last several months, we have received a number of fraudulent and doctored safety certificates. As a safety company, it is our duty to ensure all employees have valid and authentic safety certificates to ensure proper training and capabilities when reacting or responding in the case of emergency. As such, we have been diligently checking and validating every ticket added to Workhub and are sending each ticket to the respective training provider (ESC, St. Johns Ambulan...ce, Red Cross, etc.) to verify the authenticity of each certificate. Employees who are caught uploading fraudulent or doctored safety tickets will be subject to discipline and/or termination. We understand that there may be circumstances where an individual is taken advantage of, but we are also aware that individuals have been doctoring their tickets themselves. We strictly prohibit the modification of all safety tickets, and encourage you to take extra steps to validate the authenticity of the trainer the next time you renew your ticket.
