As per the directive received from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario on Sunday May 31st, dentists are now permitted to provide all facets of dental care (elective, non-essential, emergency and urgent). We have begun the process of contacting patients to book appointments for the coming weeks. You will notice that your dental visit will be different than what you are used to. Protocols and precautions have been put into place in order to keep patients, staff an...d the public as safe as possible while we still face the COVID-19 pandemic. Here are some of the changes you can expect to see: - Patients will be asked screening questions before booking an appointment - Patients will be asked to wait in their vehicle until they are called into the office for their appointment - Patients will be required to wear their own mask when visiting the dental clinic - Patients will be screened at the door, and their temperature will be taken using a non-contact thermometer - Patients are asked to maintain 2 metres of physical distancing as much as possible throughout the office - You may notice medical grade HEPA filtration systems installed in each room to help clean the air while we work Please be patient with us as we adapt to these new changes and work to accommodate all of our loyal patients. Dear patients, In accordance with directives issued on March 15th by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), and the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), our office will be open for emergency treatment ONLY until further notice. The RCDSO and ODA have strongly suggested that all dentists in Ontario immediately suspend all non-essential and elective dental services. This will be revisited in the first week of April. As always my experience at the clinic is positive. The staff is very professional, the atmosphere is positive and the location is very convenient. Thank yo.

As always my appt was run like a well oiled machine. Pam was very professional but at the same time friendly. This year I also was able to correspond with Pam via emails when I was in the U.S. about a new product to stop bleeding gums. She took the time to research it for me and after using for 10 days Pam said, the bleeding was much better. So overall My check up was a success. Dr. Oldfin came in to check my x-rays and teeth and we chatted and I left feeling the visit was well worth the hour and 45 minute drive from my home to get these professionals working on my teeth.
