That’s why the Alzheimer So...ciety of Durham Region is excited to bring activity boxes to front doors across Durham. Activity boxes may include (but are not limited to) Printed games Art supplies Small exercise equipment Deck of cards Food guide and recipes Information/resources This program is for persons living with dementia and/or care partners. *Formal diagnosis not required.* Must reside within Durham Region.
