We’re enjoying Foodie Friday from home tonight thanks to @strodesbbqdeli We baked their delicious dusty balls and pulled pork jalapeño poppers in our Blodgett oven and broiled strip loin steaks and all the fixings to follow. #shoplocal

We hope that all of the beautiful mother’s out there got spoiled yesterday! As many of you may know we are a small family run business and through generations, it’s always been our mothers that hold us all together. Naturally we spoiled our mom in true Butcher & Restaurant fashion; with food! First up, home made pizza right down to the dough. We threw them in our @blodgettoven and the pies turned out perfectly! For dinner, we barbecued beef tenderloin on our @crownverityinc and topped them off with the creamiest blue cheese butter. Finally, we ended the day with a classic pudding pie and it was delicious! It’s thirsty Thursday and we’re making QUARANTINI’S!!! We hope that all of our wonderful customers and employees are staying safe, we miss you all so much!! I think we could all use a drink at this point and what’s better than a drink that boosts the immune system?! - Honey Ginger Lemonade - 1 piece of ginger, peeled. 1/3 cup honey 1 cup boiling water... juice of 3 lemons (1/3 cup) To make: Mix ginger, honey and boiling water in a heat proof bowl and let steep for 10 minutes. Fill a 2 quart pitcher with ice, strain the steeped liquid into pitcher. Add lemon juice and fill the rest of the pitcher with water. Optional: add vodka, whisky or alcohol of choice (we prefer this option) Serve and enjoy!! @ Home Sweet Home See more
