Meet the team Wednesdays! Mallory Bajt Mallory is a Health Consultant at Calgary Weight Management Centre and works with our medical doctors to provide patient care and one-on-one health consultations.... Her passion for nutrition sparked while completing the Professional Cooking Program at SAIT and shortly following she completed her nutrition training. She has recently completed the Diabetes Prevention Program at the University of Pittsburgh and facilitates classes as a Health Coach. Her combined expertise in nutrition and culinary art give her a unique edge when she helps clients meal plan and adjust recipes while providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
