Please make sure you are opening and reading your full email reminders that come from us regarding your upcoming appointments. There are important protocols and updated information in them we need you to know and understand prior to your appointment.

We are trying to make the paperwork piece at the clinic as streamlined as possible. If you can make sure your profile on Jane is updated with all of your current information, and consents are filled out, that would help us big time! Thank you. If you haven’t made an online profile in our system, if you could please do this, it eliminates having to do some paperwork at the time of your appointment as it is available online and will speed up the administrative portion of your treatment.

We are working very hard over the next few weeks, to make our clinic run the best and smoothest that it can following the new regulations as a result of the pandemic. There are two new updates to know. We will NOT be accepting new patients for the first month. We want to make sure we have everything running smoothly before we add to our patient list. **Also our cancellation policy will now be 48 hours notice**This gives us enough time to properly screen another patient to fill your appointment time as per the CMTBC regulations.
