Winterfest 2020 Special Thank you’s to the Castlegar Fire Department, Robson Fire Department and the Ootischenia Fire Department! With your help Santa’s Reinde...er were able to take a much needed break. Santa made special stops at all the Castlegar elementary schools this year as well as many day cares and preschools. Santa even made a quick stop at our local highschool! The Winterfest Committee which is comprised of Anna and Ashley from the Chamber of Commerce, Bree from the City of Castlegar and Heather from the Castlegar & District Recreation Department would like to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas!
