Partners of the Chilliwack Primary Care Network, Fraser Health and the Chilliwack Division of Family Practice, are seeking local artists to submit art for display inside of the Chilliwack Primary Care Centre. In Fall 2021, Fraser Health will open a new Chilliwack Primary Care Centre that will provide improved access to care and create a culturally safe health care experience for people living in the Chilliwack, Agassiz, Harrison and Hope communities. GOT YOUR FLU SHOT YET? If not, we have you covered! We will be running the Drive-In Flu Clinic at Chilliwack Heritage Park again on November 9th from 12:30pm-7:30pm and November 10th from 8:30am-3:30pm. It’s free, easy and for ALL ages - babies to seniors! Roll up your sleeve, drive inside, park for a few minutes for your shot, and proceed to the parking lot for a 15 minute observation period. No walking, no waiting room, you can simply stay in the comfort of your vehicle.... You only need to click one registration spot per vehicle (bring as many in your bubble as you’d like!). Registration is recommended (it’s quicker), but not required: https://chilliwackflushot.myhealthinfo.ca Be sure to print the consent form received from your confirmation email, complete one per person getting their shot, and bring it with you. Wear a mask to keep our teams safe, and short sleeves for quick access for your flu shot. We have forms on site for those without printers and drop-ins. FOOD DRIVE: We will be collecting non-perishable food items and donations to support The Salvation Army Chilliwack Community Food Bank. Please give generously!
