Winter conditions begin on Saloompt peak...
UPDATE - Nov 6 - The crew is ready and waiting for the weather to break today to get to Saloompt to fix whatever the issue may turn out to be. Will have updates throughout the day but expect a fix by the end of the day. Notice for members East of Hagensborg - we had a hardware failure on Saloompt peak, and the site is down at the moment. We do not know what the issue is but it seems to be related to Monday. We are set to go as soon as the weather allows to assess and repair the issue/s. We sincerely apologize for these outages and know they are frustrating.

Hello Members!, We've been holding off posting as we were hoping to find out exactly what went wrong yesterday with Telus for why the services dropped. We have yet to hear anything but in the case of this outage there was nothing we could do to help fix it any faster. We reported it to Telus as soon as we went offline and they acted as fast as they could to send a team to find the cause and a fix. We apologize for this outage but it was entirely out of our control.
Hello All, I'm sorry for the last minute notice but the network will be brought down briefly between 7-9pm this evening. This is due to the fact Telus is giving us more bandwith and some changes have to be made on their end. We apologize for this outage but it will be a much needed upgrade.... We have been waiting for this a very long time and everyone will notice the difference!
