Attention Valued Customers, The Chandlery will be reopening to customers on a restricted basis as of Tuesday, May 19th. We will be maintaining our off-season hours (Mon-Fri 10-6 and Sat. 10-5) in order to provide adequate time for processing orders and cleaning the store. In order to enter the store the following entry rules must be followed to protect both customers and staff:... Face masks are mandatory and hand sanitizer must be used upon entry. If you choose to use gloves, fresh gloves must be put on once in the store after using sanitizer. Social distancing rules must be respected while in the store or waiting in line to enter. We will be using our discretion to limit the number of people in the store. Currently, entry will be based on a one to one customer/staff ratio. Customers must be escorted through the store by a staff member. Please only shop for what you need and avoid browsing in order to keep wait times low for your fellow boaters. Those not respecting social distancing or following store guidelines will be asked to leave the store. If you are feeling sick or showing any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home. To avoid long lines and wait times, we encourage customers to continue to place online orders for curbside pickup or to be shipped. Please DO NOT show up to pick up your order until we have contacted you to let you know that your order is ready. Due to the high volume of orders being placed we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready if you arrive prior to being contacted. Please be patient as we all adapt to these new procedures. This is a learning experience for everyone and the pressures from what is already a short and intense season are only being amplified by safety measures.
