Ahhh, the summer is almost here. BBQ season, skewers, fun dinners and more. We made some lamb skewers with onions, served on top a mixed green and tomato salad with pita on the side. Fun and easy to make and of course delicious!

Yes, on a day when the white fluff arrives, we bring you jerk chicken sliders served on a palm tree plate! We used the Jambel Jamaican Style Jerk Marinade on our chicken, lots of flavour and a little heat. Good morning and here is to a great week to you all! Yes, its getting a little cooler out there, fall is coming. Here is a comfort meal with a meat pie, maple glazed ham, carrots, home fries and a fruit salsa to warm you up.

Looking for that perfect BBQ sauce, or a rub, maybe a jerk sauce or pasta or maybe a salad dressing and fresh Ontario garlic? Yes, we even have sweet treats. We’ve got you covered when you come I tiday for your chicken, steak and sausages, ask us to recommend something from our grocery items to compliment your dinner.

Looking for something quick and delicious? Sauté some onions and mushrooms to a frying pan for few minutes..... add 3-4 tenderized slices slices of pork loin, add your favourite spices, is it garlic, paprika, pepper or others.... perhaps try one of sauces that we carry in the store and few spoons to the pan, this will add some flavour and a bit of juice. Mustard works great with pork, we used mustard, you can see a little yellow finnish on the cutlet.... And let it simmer on a low heat for few more minutes. To accompany your pork cutlets, make some rice, pasta or potatoes and enjoy.
