We will begin opening our schedules this week, and will be reopening for June 2nd so as to ensure we can comply with the government mandates. We will prioritize clients who were scheduled in prior to the small business closures. Deposits will be required to book in, and we ask you book at your own discretion, as always DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If the government closes businesses again we will forward your deposit to a new appointment once we are able to open. To ensure s...ocial distancing each artist can only book 1 appointment a day for the first bit until we get further indication to relieve measures. We understand this may push bookings back but will ramp up scheduling when we enter the last phase. Exceptions are made for piercing. All clients are requested to bring a face mask, if you show up without a face mask, and we cannot adequately provide you with one, you cannot get tattooed or pierced and we will be forced to reschedule you with no exception. We will try to provide them however supplies are low and we are going to take time stocking enough to provide them. If you cannot get one or bring one, contact us prior to showing up for your appointment and we will see if one can be provided. We are not accepting walk-ins until further notice for any service, including piercings, piercings can be booked in advanced of showing up. Do not show up early for appointments, please show up exactly on time, if you show up early we will not have immediate access to the lobby, and you'll be asked to wait in your vehicle or outside until we are prepared to bring you in. Lastly, please do not bring friends/family/partners/additional bodies of any kind. Exceptions are made for minors requiring parental consent. This is for all services. We know this is a lot, and a huge change from the usual for all businesses and clients, we will try to be as responsive as possible, but for the next few days it will still be difficult to organize and respond to the influx of messages (we've been receiving messages daily for these past 2 months). Our schedules are open to start booking appointments for June 2nd! Unlike prior to the covid related business closures, each artist will be booking their own appointments independently, so that we can better manage bookings while being away from our storefront. An automated response has been set up with each artists preferred contact information, which you can find by sending a private message here on Pain and Pleasure. As the province continues to lift restrictions on businesses, We are going to start opening up our schedules again and we will first contact the people who had booked in prior to the small business closures. We will make an announcement soon as to when we are re opening, we need to assure everything is ready for clients with ppe and environmental protection.
