We are thrilled to introduce another smashing team member to our bakeshop. As a grad from the Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts Assiniboine Community College Cedar joins our team with real-world skills having had the opportunity to work at some of the city's most prestigious events. She grew up with a love of baking and cooking, inspired by her parents. Her mom always included her in baking projects like new types of biscuits, and her dad taught her home cooking skills. ...Her favorite thing to make for supper is her mom's spaghetti and meat sauce . She's living here in Brandon now, but still calls Waywayseecappo home. She's incredibly creative and loves baking and decorating cakes. She's already shown skill and dedication to learning, picking up new skills like laminating pastry dough, shaping pastries and learning our menu items. These times have been challenging, but with your help we are sustaining and enduring through this as a community. Please help get the word out about our new hours by liking and sharing this post! We have listened to your requests to be open Mondays - and have seen so many people try to come in to the locked door as we prepare for the week - and we are responding. As well, we know that Saturday afternoons tend to slow down for us considerably after 3pm. As such, we're super ...happy to announce that we're going to be open Mondays and Saturdays from 9am-4pm and Tuesdays-Fridays from 7am-7pm. We've got more staff trained so that we can accommodate all the hours. We haven't been open on Mondays since March, so it's a huge adjustment (add it to the list ) and we thank you for your patience as we relearn and grow together! Our online ordering is now also available again through https://pickup.chezangela.ca/ and you can place orders during regular business hours - or even order in advance. You guys have helped us bring back staff, support our local growers and producers and adapt as we faced unprecedented challenges.
