I’ve been struggling about this... I want to say something, but I don’t know where to begin or how to do it right. So here’s what I gathered: Apricots are the symbolic fruit of Armenia . They are resilient throughout the tough winters and blossom lusciously during summers. They are beautiful to the eye; delicious to the taste; and down-right good for your soul. You can eat them as a fruit, dry them up and fill them with walnuts, cover them in chocolate: they are versati...le and adaptable. Even though my people are going through the cycle of winter right now, my wish and prayer is that they remain resilient like our national fruit, the apricot.
