We have been asked a lot lately do you guys do takeout? And the simple answer is, heck yeah we do! There are two ways you can order takeout: 1. The old school way: pick up your phone and call us at 250-384-6066 and tell us what you’d like, and then come and pick it up. 2. Our super slick online ordering app: just go to our website www.chorizoandco.com and click on the ‘Order Online’ button from either the Menu or Order Online page.... If you would prefer to not have to talk to us, we totally get it, so the online ordering app is your best option! You can choose to pre-pay online, or to pay when you pick up your meal. It’s kind of like online shopping for your tastebuds! We created this short video to show you just how easy it is. So go ahead and give it a try, you’ll be rewarded with a delicious meal!

We feature local businesses and people who give their hearts to the community and make us smile .... This week we are featuring @chorizoandco! Chorizo and Co. (2.0) re-opened 2 years ago with seasoned industry leaders Stephen Quigley and Dave Brooks. These two brought their vast knowledge of the food and drink culture of Victoria to this established little spot on Fort Street and made it their own. With an approachable, unpretentious vibe they welcome you in to their unique space with huge smiles. Along with Chef James they serve up a Spanish influenced, seasonal menu that focuses on simple quality ingredients. They have an incredible and well thought-out cocktail list that satisfies all tastes and provides the perfect pairing to any dish. Stephen, Dave, James and the rest of their crew have done an amazing job of shifting in this time. They take (and highly recommend) reservations, provide an online ordering service which of course, allows for purchase of that perfect wine or beer (or cider or gin cocktail ) to go along with your menu choice. They have also done a great job of connecting with their community through social media and sponsorships! On your next date night or on your way home from work, pop in and say hi to this awesome bunch and enjoy some spanish meatballs, patatas bravas or perhaps some braised beef cheekYUM!

Welcome back to another week of tasty food and drinks at Chorizo & Co! Reminder that we are once again open at 4:30pm for happy hour that runs until 5:30pm. Currently offering our house white, red & sparkling wines at $6 each, and pints of Phillips Dinosour (blackberry sour) for $5. Also check out the chalkboard near the kitchen for a list of happy hour snacks. We’re currently open until 9pm during the week, and 10pm on the weekends. Cheers!

It’s our 2 year anniversary this Saturday, October 10th! While we won’t be able to have a party quite like we did last year for our 1 year, we are still planning to celebrate in a covid friendly fashion. If you would like to celebrate with us, we’ve got a few options of things that you can do:... 1. Make a reservation and join us on Saturday October 10th! We will be taking reservations starting at 5pm with staggered time slots. Reservations will be for 2 hours to ensure there is enough time to get other groups in for the second half of the evening. For reservations please email [email protected] 2. Order takeout and celebrate with us from home! Our new fall menu is now available and posted on our website. We’ve also got an online ordering option on our website as well. If you prefer to do it the old school way, you can give us a call at 250-384-6066 after 5pm on Saturday. 3. If Saturday doesn’t work for you, feel free to stop in any other time this week or next to say hi! Please note: On Saturday, rather than opening at 4:30 with happy hour, we will be opening at 5pm and will have several draw prizes to give away. Everyone who comes in to dine with us that night will have a chance to enter in the draw. There will be a grand prize basket, as well as several smaller prizes, mostly coming from some of our good friends at @coastalcraftbeverages @esquimaltwine @phillipsbeer We would like to send out a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past two years. We’ve got a promotion going on with Aperol for the next several weeks where you can get an Aperol Spritz and an appy for $20. The appy is a rotating chef’s feature that is not on our regular menu. At the moment it is fennel sausage on grilled bread with Valdeon blue cheese, candied walnuts and blueberries!

This is the Grilled Vegetable Tartine, and chef is pretty excited about it! It’s an open-faced sandwich with the grilled bread sitting on a burnt eggplant purée, grilled vegetables layered with soft goat cheese and dukka spice sprinkled on top. Check it out, it’s damn good!
