UPDATE: we are out of sleglinde potatoes at the moment (we will be bringing more in) but do have Chieftain potatoes. These are a red skinned potato perfect for baking, boiling, mashing or salad. We are honoured to be selling John Ryser potatoes. John has been farming in Prince George since 1937, and is affectionately known in town as the Potato Man. We currently are offering 5lb bags of his Sleglinde potatoes for $4+tax. These potatoes are a heritage variety from the Germany-Austria region and have a yellow flesh and thin yellow skin.
