It's not even July!!! I know. I know this post looks like I skipped all of summer BUT the key to intentional growth is to look at your life is sections. We are at the beginning of 8.5 weeks of glorious growth . Your plans can be as specific as you would like. Keep in mind the MORE specific, the GREATER your chance of success. ... Having personal goals strengthens your relationship When YOU have something YOU are working on, YOU feel more accomplished and confident as a person. That will automatically spill into your relationship. To get the juices flowing, here are my 2 goals for the summer: 1) Do not eat past 8 pm. I want to see how this affects my fitness goals! 2) Get up in the morning between 7:30am and 8am most days. Simple! They both have to do with getting my body functioning at the next level. They are specific and I do not feel overwhelmed by the thought of doing them. So tell me, what are your simple goals for the summer that will help you become who you want to be by September 1?
