Well.... here we are. The end of 2020. I’m not sure if I should laugh.. cry.. mourn.. be upset.. be happy... Mixed emotions as we turn the page to 2021. ... 2020 has taught me EVERYTHING It’s taught me that not everyone that’s in your present, will be in your future. It’s taught me that not everyone is happy for you, even if they’re your friends. It’s taught me that you can’t rely on people to be there for you. It’s taught me how far people will go to make someone else’s life miserable. It’s taught me to be thankful for people who TRULY support you and your micro-business. It’s taught me just how cruel and slanderous jealous people can be. It’s taught me to fight, fight, fight to the bitter end. It’s taught me to BREAK BARRIERS and CREATE THE CHANGE WE NEED in this town. It’s taught me how MUCH I LOVE MY CAREER. It’s taught me how much I LOVE MY CLIENTS. It’s taught me that no matter what happens, I WILL ALWAYS BE A HAIRSTYLIST. NO ONE is taking MY SELF-BUILT BUSINESS away from me. NO ONE. 17 years STRONG. I cannot wait until I get my final final so I can share the world what’s going on. I’ve been TOO QUIET for TOO LONG. It’s killing me to keep everyone in the dark.
