Thursday was the last day of our camp and wanted to thank everyone for coming out. All the goalies were awesome and did great. Thanks to my staff, I couldn't do this with out you. Big shout out to @zoneperformancepsychology for having us out to their office to show us how to make us a better goalie. Kevin Woodley @ingoalmag for joining us in a zoom call, talking about gear and what NHL goalies have told him on what to do to get to the next level. Last but not least Kim Wilkinson @empowered.life.coach for doing our yoga. Always a pleasure seeing you. Remember your training during tryouts and see you at our next camp.

Here are some pictures of he first two days of camp. The goalies have worked so hard and doing awesome. Thanks to Allen York for coming out to the camp and talking with the goalies about his journey through hockey. From play minor hockey in Wetaskiwin to getting drafted to the Columbus Blue Jackets. Also want to thank Jami Paige from Her Wellness Co. Doing a zoom chat about nutrition and what to eat before and after games for athletes to preform better.

My camp is less then a week away and I'm opening up some spots just for ice time. I can't have any more goalies in the dryland or classroom (covid) but you can come sign up for 2 hours of ice for 4 days. $400 August 10th to 13th. Message me or email me at [email protected].
