With growing global concerns around COVID-19, we wanted to update you on the measures we are taking to reduce the risk to our clients. We are actively monitoring and following the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) & World Health Organization (WHO). We have implemented additional measures to ensure the safety of our clients and our team which include:... Increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, especially high traffic areas and frequently touched surfaces including: door handles, credit card machines, waiting areas, and equipment. All devices are sanitized upon arrival. Reinforcing our existing health protocols including frequent handwashing, glove use and disinfecting tools and equipment throughout the day. While the Public Health Agency of Canada has assessed the current public health risk associated with coronavirus as low, we continue to monitor for developments very closely To protect yourself and others, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell refrain from visiting us so that together we can ensure a safe space for everyone. As of yesterday, the Government of Ontario released it's list of essential services. Based on our service industry, CompuMobile has been identified as an essential service that will be allowed to remain open during the Covid-19 crisis. While it was not an easy decision whether not we would stay open, we know the responsibility we have to our clients and those that require their devices. We are happy to serve our comunity and will do our due diligence to ensure the safety of o...ur customers and staff. Please be advised that we are enforcing the following safety measures within the store: - Social distance rule (You will notice red tape markings on the floor to identify safe distance from employees/other customers) - Accessible hand sanitizer upon entrance and at the front counter - Limiting number of customers allowed in the store - Pick up and drop off services to minimize contact and foot traffic in the store - Increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high traffic areas and frequently touched surfaces including: door handles, credit card machines, waiting areas, equipment and devices. All devices are sanitized upon arrival and upon completion. - Staff are required to practice frequent hand washing and glove use/mask use. Please note we are adjusting procedures as new information becomes available. If you are showing any signs or symptoms of the flu (i.e. coughing, sneezing, runny nose etc.) or have recently travelled PLEASE STAY HOME.
