December Cake Classes All classes being taught at Valentia Community Centre. Located 15 minutes North East of Port Perry. Covid precautions in effect. Please wear a mask.... 3-D Chocolate Sleigh- $60.00 (2-pc mold set included in cost of class; all other supplies extra) Date: Friday, December 4th (7-9 pm) Learn how to create a beautiful 3-D sleigh for the holidays. This makes a great gift or center piece when filled with cookies and other treats. Christmas Cupcake Bouquet- $55.00 (cupcake holder included in cost; all other supplies extra) Students are responsible to bring their own icing and cupcakes. Recipe will be provided. Date: Thursday, December 10th (7-9 pm) Come and learn how to decorate impressive cupcakes for the holidays. Various piping techniques will be taught. Each student will go home with a beautiful cupcake bouquet. These are suitable as gifts or a Christmas Center piece. Christmas Fondant Cookie Class- $50.00 (Supplies Extra) Date: Saturday, December 12th (10-12) In this class you will learn various fondant techniques. Fondant covered cookies are very impressive for the holidays. Great gift idea!

Tonight’s Christmas Cupcake Bouquet Class

November Cake Classes All classes are being taught at the Valentia Community Centre (Located 15 minutes north east of Port Perry) Classes are limited in size due to Covid. All students are social distanced and precautionary measures are in place. Large Christmas Chocolate Sleigh Class- Friday, November 6th (7-9 pm)... Cost: $60.00 includes two- piece sleigh mold (students are responsible to bring their own supplies) In this class you will learn how to create a beautiful chocolate sleigh. This is a great gift filled for cookies or a display on your Christmas table. Christmas Cupcake Bouquet- Thursday, November 12th (7-9pm) Cost: $55.oo (Supplies Extra; Cupcake Holder is included with course) In this class you will learn how to pipe a poinsettia, Russian tip flowers, rosettes, drop flowers and leaves. We will then put it all together into a beautiful cupcake bouquet. Great for gift giving or a table center piece. Christmas Floodwork Cookie Class- Saturday, November 14th (10am-12pm) Cost: $50.00 (Students are responsible to bring their own cookies and icing. Supplies are extra. Recipes will be provided.) Come learn how to decorate beautiful cookies for the holiday season. Techniques include special effect wet-on-wet, outlining, flooding and over piping. Royal icing is used for this class.

In this class you will learn how to create a beautiful fall bouquet with cupcakes. Techniques taught include leaves, stars, drop flowers, and rosettes. Note: A supply list will be provided at time of sign up.
