Take a photo of your prescriptions to send it directly to our pharmacy through the App. We'll start work on your prescription from the moment you get it from your doctor and we'll have it bagged and ready for pickup by the time you arrive. Set up push notifications on your Smart Phone to remind you to refill your prescriptions and save time. You can also schedule complimentary home delivery for your convenience. Hi Everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know that I've finally opened my new pharmacy! We are now... Town Centre Pharmacy - Remedy's Rx. It has been 3 months since closing the old Target Pharmacy and now we are back in business. It has been tough but I'm so happy to finally be up and running.... We are now located in the same building as NCIX and Kin's Farm Market just outside the H&M mall exit .. literally a 2 minute walk from the old Target. I have retained all the old confidential pharmacy records and they are all with me here at Town Centre Pharmacy. If anyone needs anything, or can refer friends and family to the new pharmacy I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to earn their business. Thank you to the team at Ridgeway Pharmacy for welcoming me to their pharmacy during the construction. Their support allowed me to provide care to my patients during this transition.
