Air Canada - while we've had the privilege to enjoy the hospitality of your Maple Leaf lounges in the past...we have ALWAYS had LESS than MEDIOCRE experiences with your shipping of LIVESTOCK. Direct Flight landed in YYZ at 2:15am & we still do NOT have access to our LIVESTOCK. Your front counter staff are always courteous & pleasant; however they have no control with behind the scenes operations/logistics. While everyone's cargo is special, by any measure; waiting over 7.5+ hours for PERISHABLE LIVESTOCK is excessive & not acceptable.
