When you have lost 40 lbs over two yrs . Took a few months break from the most recent 20 , and you have finally ( must be my age and maturity coming in to play here) feel for the first time .... Well EVER you can say words out loud and to yourself , " I FEEL BEAUTIFUL"! Even on my wedding day I wasn't happy with myself and did not feel as truly beautiful as one should on that day ! I have started to get comfortable and lazy ! I have been slowly skidding back into old habits a...nd am always on the 5 lb slippery slope. I'm back to worrying about every little thing I eat a drink again worried I will be right back where I was . I find getting back into it and committing again to healthy, fitter, thinner me is soooooo hard if you break that habit too soon do to feeling great !!!! I wanna get to AMAZING to not worrying and to having things that aren't so good for you only once in a blue moon not once every day !....it's so hard to get back on the train! It's been weeks now of, " I'm doing this I'm going to start again I got this" .....make it one day or even less before giving into old patterns of self sabotage. Like as if I feel I don't deserve this I don't deserve to be happy heathly and fit. Have it all so to speak ! Kids, good job, a husband who's your best friend and be fit and healthy . Seems to good to be true ! I'm slowly coming to realize I DO deserve it and I can achevie it . Today I made some great choices , parked about a mile to a mile and half way from the bay center and walked to the mall and back , then was really craving a tuna melt sandy from subway ..... But I kept on driving home and did a work out! YES me! I did a work out for any one who knows me and how much I resent working out (don't all shit your pants at once over that ;) ) Then I made lunch and had the rest of my veggitarian chilli on a bed of spinach and lettuce! .... other then still shaking from the work out I feel good I feel proud of my days path choices I made !
